  • Team Roster and Player Eligibility: There is no limit to the number of players a team may register. Each team is responsible for ensuring they have a sufficient roster to complete the tournament. Only players born on or after January 1, 2011, are eligible to participate.
  • Overage Players: Teams may not field players who are older than the age limit.
  • Team Kits: If team kits are too similar, the team listed as the away side must provide an alternate set of clearly distinguishable shirts. Goalkeepers must wear kits that are clearly different from both teams’ outfield players.
  • Arrival at the Field: Teams must be ready for play at least five minutes prior to the scheduled kick-off time.
  • Match Officials: Matches are officiated by referees from the Central Finland Referee Association. Each match is directed by three officials (one referee and two assistant referees).
  • Match Regulations:
    • Format: 11 vs 11.
    • Group stage matches: 1 x 30 minutes. Placement matches: 1 x 45 minutes.
    • Standard offside rule applies.
    • Rolling substitutions are permitted. Play is not stopped for substitutions, which must occur from the technical area. The incoming player may only enter after the outgoing player has fully crossed the touchline.
  • Tournament Format:
    • 12 teams participate. Each team plays 6 matches:
      • 1. Group stage: two groups of 6 teams each, single round-robin.
      • 2. Placement Matches: Each team plays one placement match based on group standings: A1 vs B1 play the final (for the tournament winner); A2 vs B2 play the bronze match; A3 vs B3, A4 vs B4, A5 vs B5, and A6 vs B6 play the corresponding placement matches.
    • If placement matches end in a draw, the result is decided by penalty shootout: three kicks per team, followed by sudden death pairs if required. All players must take a penalty before any player may take a second attempt.
  • Group Stage Tie-Breakers:
    1. Points in head-to-head matches among tied teams.
    2. Goal difference in head-to-head matches among tied teams.
    3. Goals scored in head-to-head matches among tied teams.
    4. Overall group goal difference.
    5. Overall group goals scored.
    6. Drawing of lots.
  • Disciplinary Rules: Yellow and red cards are in use. A player receiving a direct red card or two yellow cards in the same match results in the team continuing with one fewer player. A player sent off may play in the next match unless the tournament jury imposes an additional suspension. Single yellow cards do not carry over between matches.
  • Awards: The top three teams receive trophies. Individual awards are given to the tournament’s Best Player, Top Scorer, and Best Goalkeeper.

These rules are designed to ensure fair play, clarity, and consistent competitive standards throughout the tournament.
